Brandon Layne is native to Richmond, Virginia, where he attended Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a biomedical engineering degree and a minor in chemistry. Despite his scientific studies, Brandon has always been most passionate about creative writing. His other hobbies include writing poetry, playing piano and viola, dancing, photography, and performing on stage.
