Larry Caylor

Picture
Larry Caylor served forty years as a pastor in the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church in Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, where he pastored mostly rural and small-town churches. As a committed servant, he receives his greatest joy from telling and writing stories to and for children of all ages. Through his stories, Caylor seeks to instill confidence and a positive self-image in children, in the hope that as they grow older, they will make their communities stronger and healthier. Concerned about the state of public education, he offers one suggestion: a good teacher must strive to be a good storyteller.

Larry is the author of Tell It Again: a collection of poetry, musings, and children’s stories.

Ever since the Johnsons took him in, Cosmo has led a normal life. Playing fetch and chasing Chloe, the neighbor’s cat, have kept him quite busy. But one day, Cosmo begins thinking about his happiness. Is he truly as happy as he could be? And so, Cosmo begins a quest to become the happiest dog ever! At the end of his adventure, will Cosmo find that he is happier than when he started, or will he discover that his true happiness was right in front of him all along?
